"I have just had my Mitsubishi Heavy Industries SRF-ZIX floor model heat pump installed.
This is the first time I have ever had work done by tradesmen other than myself because I have fairly exacting standards, I want things done my way!!!
Your price was $330 below the next best price.
You said it would be two to three weeks before installation, it was two weeks and one day.
You said the men would arrive at 10.00am hrs today, they did.
I had made a cardboard template up and put it on the wall so we could visualise where the heater would sit, we were concerned that we were cramped for space.
Your men put the unit exactly where the template was.
They put a cover over the pipes where they went down through the floor, it is very neatly done.
They kept the pipes above the bottom of the joists in the basement, as we had discussed.
The two men doing this job were very competent and they were also very nice guys.
They may tell you that the old guy was a pain in the rear end and watched their every move.
Would I have them back??? At the drop of a hat.
Would I recommend Fonko (NZ) Ltd? Without a doubt.

We appreciate how the outside unit was installed outside nicely by the small garden as we discussed. The colour of the conduit cover your pipes was a close match to the house and looks very good and unobtrusive. Your team turned up on time and completed the job professionally and tidied up after themselves.
You don't see a lot of that type of workmanship these days.
We highly recommend Fonko to any other person who is thinking about buying a heat pump.
