"We decided to have a second Mitsubishi Heavy Industries heat pump installed recently after finding that the previous one we had from them several years ago in our family room was so successful and we certainly do not regret our decision.

From the first moment I sent them an email to the last minute of instalment I have been extremely impressed by their professional and efficient operation and business. My email was answered promptly when I requested a person call me for a quote/ appointment, the promptness of his visit, his suggestions, product knowledge and helpful advice was second to none and I felt very comfortable with his decisions. When the two men arrived to do the installation they were both well presented, clean, tidy and very very obliging in advising me of the most suitable locations for both of the units. They worked well together, they were very pleasant, unobtrusive in my home and very polite and conscientious in their work time frame. They made veery little mess, and anything they did use, they cleaned up aftwards, and the general disturbance to my property was minimal.

The heat pump size that was suggested to me for the area and type of open plan home that we have is wonderful and I am absolutely thrilled with this recommendation.
